When you dine in Ristorante Toscano, you will experience authentic Tuscan dishes and wines in their greatest expressions. Our chefs have put together a complete menu of antipasti, primi, secondi, desserts, plus dishes per due, or "for two."
Dine in for a full three-course meal and choose from our a la carte menu, or enjoy a single dish! Start your Tuscan experience with a selection of antipasti, such as Tre Crostini (three pieces of housemade bread with chicken liver mousse, braised white beans, and roasted peppers and anchovy) or Insalata Primavera (Spring vegetable and farro salad with baby greens).
Then, move onto pasta dishes like Risotto agli Asparagi (Carnaroli rice, asparagus, mint, lemon, and Parmigiano Reggiano) or Quadrati con Ricotta e Bietole (housemade ravioli filled with swiss chard and ricotta, tomato sauce, and Parmigiano Reggiano). If meat is more your style, opt for a secondi like Polpo alla Griglia (grilled octopus, marinated beans, and green olive pesto) or Fagiano Arrosto (pheasant, fava beans, and morels).
Pair it all with a glass (or bottle!) from our exclusively Tuscan wine menu, including all the deep reds you reminisce (or dream!) about drinking in the hilly region of Toscana.
