Build your own caprese at SABBIA, our summer restaurant inspired by the Italian seaside. Choose your tomato, from the local heirloom to marinated MightyVine tomatoes, and any variety of our housemade mozzarella (yes, burrata included!). To finish, we’ll dress it simply with fresh basil, sea salt, and Roi ‘Mosto’ extra virgin olive oil from Italy.
