In BAITA, our new winter restaurant inspired by the Italian Alps, you can take classes featuring seasonal cocktails, gnocchi, and more!

Ready to escape the cold Chicago weather? Retreat to BAITA and explore the lineup of classes taking place in BAITA all season long!

HANDS-ON GNOCCHI AT BAITA

Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m. | $40 per person

Gnocchi is the perfect warming plate for the fall and winter season! Join us for hands-on gnocchi-making class in our new restaurant inspired by the Italian Alps, BAITA! In this class, our chef will demonstrate how to prepare potato gnocchi from scratch using simple, high-quality ingredients. Then, you’ll get to try it yourself, mixing and rolling out the dough and shaping your very own potato gnocchi to take home. After the hands-on lesson, our chefs will prepare a plate of gnocchi featuring seasonal ingredients and serve it alongside a glass of perfectly-paired wine from BAITA’s menu.

WINTER WINE TASTING AT BAITA

Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m. | $40 per person

BAITA is all about warming wines! This season, join us for a wine tasting in our new restaurant inspired by the Italian Alps featuring some of the best wines from northern Italy. Our wine expert will guide you through an exploration of different Italian wine regions surrounding the foothills of the Italian Alps. In this class, you will learn 3 unique Italian Alpine wines and enjoy them alongside a selection of our chef’s antipasti and spuntini (think: small, Alpine snacks!) from BAITA’s seasonal menu.

HOW TO COCKTAIL: WINTER EDITION

Thursdays, 5-6 p.m. | $30 per person

‘Tis the season for cocktails! Every Thursday in BAITA, our new Alpine restaurant, learn how to make a new seasonal cocktail with our beverage experts. In this class, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to make a cocktail with Luxardo’s Maraschino cherry liquor with an expert from Luxardo! Luxardo Maraschino is made with an original recipe from 1821, using only Marasca cherries that are grown on the Luxardo estate. It’s a staple liquor in any bartender’s cabinet!
