Much like the mercati rionali (“local markets”) of Italy, at Eataly, you can taste products, talk to producers and Eataly experts, and watch as favorites such as fresh pasta and mozzarella cheese are being made fresh daily.
Whether you’re tasting housemade butcher specials right from the counter, discovering your new favorite salumi and formaggi, or learning about our more than 100 extra virgin olive oils, there are plenty of demonstrations to see (and taste!) every weekend.
