The dining room centers around a wood-burning Italian grill, where Executive Chef Dan Bazzinotti cooks seasonal raw ingredients over burning flames, allowing the simple flavors to shine. Introducing the newest addition to the Terra experience: Per la Tavola. When you're looking for a quick winter escape, head to our greenhouse-inspired  restaurant for a rustic feast. Meaning 'for the table" in Italian, Per La Tavola is our chef-curated, monthly-changing board of shareable wood-fired spiedini (or skewers). Enjoy a grilled-to-perfection spread of four signature Terra spiedini; specialty skewers featuring in-season items, staples from the marketplace, and zero-waste ingredients; and bombette - a traditional Pugliese street food.

Plus, your Per La Tavola experience includes a visit from our executive culinary team so you can discover the stories behind our food and producers.

Chef Dan Bazzinotti designed the menu around the Italian grill, where our team cooks over the open flames. In every earthy dish, the fire’s smoked warmth rekindles our fundamental connection to the elements.

Plentiful and playful, the grilled plates are perfect to share around our rustic tables, especially when paired with seasonal drinks, fresh pasta, and salumi and formaggi platters.
