Located on the third floor, Terra is inspired by earth and fire. The dining room centers around a wood-burning Italian grill, where Chef Dan Bazzinotti cooks seasonal raw ingredients over burning flames, allowing the simple flavors to shine. The resulting earthy dishes pair perfectly with the herb-infused cocktails, extensive wines, and ever-changing barrel-aged beers. Eataly Boston Executive Chef Jason Neve and Terra Chef de Cuisine Dan Bazzinotti designed the menu around the Italian grill, where our team cooks over the open flames. In every earthy dish, the fire’s smoked warmth rekindles our fundamental connection to the elements.
