Located on the third floor of Eataly Boston, Terra is inspired by earth and fire. The dining room centers around a wood-burning Italian grill, where Executive Chef Dan Bazzinotti cooks seasonal raw ingredients over burning flames, allowing the simple flavors to shine. The resulting earthy dishes pair perfectly with the herb-infused cocktails, extensive wines, and ever-changing barrel-aged beers. Boston, you've been asking & it's here: the Terra Patio is officially open! The new 2,000 square foot space will evoke Terra's familiar greenhouse-inspired vibrancy with the patio’s lush greenery, array of herb plants, terracotta planters, and twinkling string lights. Immerse yourself in the earthy ambiance in the steady presence of Prudential Center visibly looming high above. For food, try our new rustic dishes like the Spiedi sul Ceppo aka "Skewers on a Log" (a grilled selection of in-season produce, meat, and seafood from regional farms) and herbaceous cocktails like Il Giardino delle Erbe (a refreshing botanical drink which you'll pour into an herb & ice-filled glass as a symbolic way of watering your herb garden before drinking).




When you dine with us this summer, we promise we'll follow CDC protocol and do all we can to ensure the safety of you and our team. We are taking the following safety measures: capacity limits, limited contact with our team, hand sanitizing stations, spaced-out tables, a new reservation system to reduce crowds, and fully sanitized tables and utensils between guest seatings.

During your time with us, we ask that you sanitize your hands, sneeze or cough into your elbow, and wear your mask before and after your meal. We also strongly recommend using cashless payment, using your smartphone or credit card.



Behind all our food at Terra is an abundance of high quality, fresh ingredients sourced from New England producers. With Chef Dan Bazzinotti and team at the helm, Terra is honored to have rich relationships with our local producers.


Join us as we feature our beloved producers during our weekly "Terra's Weekly Producer Challenge." Each week, local producers will send Executive Chef Dan Bazzinotti a “box” of fresh, seasonal mystery ingredients. Chef Dan will unveil the products on the @eatalyboston Instagram and be up for the challenge to create a rustic, fire-kissed weekend special using the producer's product picks - whether it's by-catch fish, seasonal produce which may have otherwise gone to waste, or even a whole animal!

With a multi-course, individually-plated menu curated by Executive Chef Dan Bazzinotti, you’ll discover rustic Italian dishes revolving around simple ingredients from local farms like Wulf's Fish, Drumlin Farms, and Chickering Farms – from seasonal vegetables to sustainably-raised pigs. With perfectly paired Italian wines, this seated dinner will be a night to remember.

Chef Dan Bazzinotti designed the menu around the Italian grill, where our team cooks over the open flames. In every earthy dish, the fire’s smoked warmth rekindles our fundamental connection to the elements.

Plentiful and playful, the grilled plates are perfect to share around our rustic tables, especially when paired with seasonal drinks, fresh pasta, and salumi and formaggi platters.

These draft beers — resting in Italian oak in the nearby Barrel Room — boast evolving flavors at each stage in the aging process, truly giving you a once-in-a-lifetime tasting experience with each pour. The summer menu boasts crisp beers, refreshing cocktails, and vino flights featuring iconic Italian wines. Sip craft cocktails designed to transport you to the riviera (Italian summer vacation, anyone?), like the Aperol Daiquiri  made with Privateer Rum Per Terra, Aperol, Toasted Coconut, Lime. Or, sip a curated selection of wines to learn about some of Italy's most famous grapes, from bubbly Villa Sandi Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG to the refined Fontanafredda Barolo Serralunga d'Alba.



During the heat of Boston summers, there is nothing better than escaping to an lush rooftop oasis. At Eataly, we believe in fully embracing the seasons—utilizing in-season ingredients and incorporating refreshing flavors—while in the ambiance of Terra’s stunning space with a fiery grill at the heart. The summer menu at Terra features fire-kissed, summer-inspired dishes made with top seasonal ingredients.

Start with a Gran Tagliere as an antipasto – the ultimate showcase of our finest salumi and formaggi, perfect for pairing with a glass of vino. For a main course, enjoy Bistecca Toscana, a perfectly-grilled "7-bone" steak which is slowly cooked over the fire, brushed with herbs, and served simply with extra virgin olive oil and salt. Or, keep things light with a wide selection of seasonal small plates, cicchetti, spiedini, and housemade pasta dishes featuring peak summer produce.
