Hearty and satisfying, polenta is a cornmeal dish from northern Italy that is designed to warm you down to your toes after an exhilarating day exploring the Italian Alps.

This winter, experience the favorite alpine dish at the Polenta Bar!

Hosted by La Rosticceria, our rotisserie counter just past the escalators at Eataly Boston, the pop-up bar offers a rich menu of polenta. You begin with the base of polenta by the northern Italian producer Valsugana, which our team stirs with milk and butter for a rich and creamy texture. Then, choose your traditional topping, from Brasato di Manzo (slow-braised Creekstone Farms beef brisket with porcini mushrooms and red wine) to Radicchio Grigliato (grilled radicchio and endive with herbs and Grana Padano DOP).
