Celebrate la colomba di Pasqua, or the “Easter dove," at Eataly for the next few weeks, and pick out a favorite flavor (or two!) for your Easter feast.


In Italy, this artisanal cake is a sweet sign of spring. And we're celebrating this sweet treat in all its glory.

This rich and fluffy cake, baked in Milano, is traditionally made with high-quality flour, farm-fresh eggs, sugar, butter, and natural yeast that takes at least 30 hours to rise. The dough is then baked into the iconic dove shape and finally topped with pearl sugar and almonds.
