We are declaring Prosciutto Week at Eataly Boston!

From March 20 to 26, Eataly is celebrating the authentic Tuscan prosciutto of Piacenti with menu specials, market offers (free mozzarella, anyone?), complimentary tastings, and our first-ever Prosciutto Festival.

Located in the medieval hilltop town of San Gimignano, Piacenti's salumificio cures prosciutto following ancient Tuscan traditions that can be traced back to the House of Medici. The pork is hand-rubbed not just with salt but with spices, such as wild juniper berries and the finest black pepper. Decidedly different than its northern cousins, the resulting Prosciutto Toscano DOP boasts intense flavor with an almost spicy finish.

Begin your dining experience with a typical Tuscan aperitivo!

Taste prosciutto paired with other artisanal Italian salumi and formaggi and a glass of wine in La Piazza. Located in the heart of Eataly, the restaurant serves Prosciutto Toscano Boards from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.

Bring the flavors of Toscana into your kitchen with our special market offers all week long!
