Black Truffle Weekend at Eataly Boston

Black Truffle Weekend at Eataly Boston

It’s fresh black truffle season! From Friday, February 18 through Monday, February 21, join us at Eataly Boston for Black Truffle Weekend to shop black truffles at the lowest prices of the season and explore demos, restaurant specials, and more.

For one weekend only on February 18-21, shop black winter truffles at 40% OFF.* Found and foraged in the hills of Umbria, black winter truffles grow wild near the roots of hazelnut and oak trees. Only in season for a few months a year, this variety of truffle is known for its earthy, robust flavor. In Umbria, this truffle is typically enjoyed as part of salsa alla spoletina, made with minced truffle, olive oil, garlic, and salt and served with silky egg tagliatelle. Get the recipe here.

Celebrate black truffles with us all weekend long! Once you get your truffle to take home, explore our marketplace for complimentary tastings and demos of our favorite truffle products (think: housemade truffle sausage, Urbani truffle oil, and even truffled formaggi), enjoy fresh truffles shaved over decadent dishes in our restaurants, and more.

Our experts will help you to craft the perfect at-home dish, where your black truffle is the start of the show. Truffles are best shaved over simple but quality dishes, such as risotto and pasta, while you can even use authentic truffle oil as a decadent finishing touch over meat dishes and more.

Learn more about how to eat and care for truffles here. Remember: if you don't have time to swing by during the weekend, you can also get them with local grocery delivery.

*While supplies last; sale begins at 9 a.m. EST.
