Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance (or 72 hours for orders over 100 guests) and remember to inform our catering staff of any allergens. Orders can be received Monday-Friday, 9AM - 5PM. Orders for weekends and Mondays must be received and confirmed by 5 PM on the preceding Friday. For orders cancelled within 48 hours, Eataly will impose a 50% charge. Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery/pickup time will be charged in full. A 20% rush fee will be applied to any orders received with less than 48 hours advance notice.
