Caffè Vergnano

Caffè Vergnano

Our standing bar offers authentic Italian coffee in Boston – modeled after a traditional Italian café, with a curated menu of drinks built around Italian espresso, along with housemade croissants for a typical Italian breakfast or cakes and pastries for an afternoon treat.

Caffè Vergnano was founded more than 130 years ago as a small grocery shop in Chieri, a small town at the foot of the hills in Torino, Piemonte. Still run by the Vergnano family, the company sources the highest quality coffee beans from around the world.

Our coffee menu is as Italian as it gets! Take a trip to Italy as you step up to our coffee bar and order from our variety of single espresso and espresso-based drinks — including caffè americano, cappuccino, and latte macchiato. We also have Italian hot chocolate and cold drinks like an iced americano. Enjoy your coffee the authentic Italian way – paired with sweet or savory cornetto and pastries.

Together with Caffè Vergnano, we know that everyone has a unique preference for coffee flavor.  For this reason, we want you to take control of exactly what goes into your morning cup of coffee with the option to hand-pick your own blends and beans at our second-floor caffè. From fragrant and smooth Arabica to sweet and aromatic Jamaica Blue Mountain, Caffè Vergnano at Eataly Boston offers an array of choices to suit any palate and give you a personalized, perfect cup of coffee.
