Carnivores, rejoice! We're celebrating meat for a whole week at our butcher counter and beyond.
During Meat Week from April 24 to 30, enjoy fire-grilled steak, a special butcher offer (30% off select prime cuts!), and a free cooking class and tasting. Eat, shop, and learn all about meat!
How better to celebrate Meat Week than with steak grilled over open flames? Join us at Terra, our newly opened restaurant on the third floor, for dishes like Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a dry-aged porterhouse steak from Creekstone Farms, grilled in the Florentine style for two people.
All week long, enjoy 30% off these prime cuts:
Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ribeye |
$39.80 $27.80 per pound
Long-bone steak with a well-marbled ribeye at its center, dry-aged for the best tender flavors (discover the difference)
Prime Porterhouse |
$26.80 $17.80 per pound
Incredibly tender and flavorful cut of beef that combines the best of filet mignon and the New York strip steaks
Our butchers source this meat from clean, sustainable farms and ranches where the animals graze daily in open pastures and are humanely handled. We believe that the health of both the animals and the land on which they are raised has a direct impact on the quality and flavor of the meat once it reaches your table, so our meat will never ever have contact with antibiotics, added hormones, or growth-promoting drugs.
On Monday, April 24, join us for a free class at La Scuola, our cooking school. Our butcher will show you how to clean and cut a dry-aged steak while describing the process of dry aging beef, then our chef demonstrate before your eyes how to achieve the perfect seared meat without a grill. Class includes complimentary tastings and runs from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. No need to register in advance; attendance is first come, first served.
Then, once you pick up prime meat for 30% off, channel your inner Tuscan and grill up Bistecca alla Fiorentina! This traditional Florentine recipe is incredibly simple — and incredibly delicious. Trust us: your lucky friends and family will thank you.
