About this Class: Enjoy Summer the Italian way with a Spritz (or two) and a selection of traditional bites! Step into la Scuola di Eataly and learn to make two versions of this classic bubbly cocktail, then enjoy your Spritz the traditional way with a selection of aperitivo style bites. Our beverage experts will help you craft two Spritz variations from a selection of bases, including classics like Aperol or seasonal variations crafted by our beverage experts!

In this Workshop you will:

• Try your hand at mixing and tasting 2 types of spritz guided by Eataly’s beverage experts
• Learn about the history and culture of the Italian Spritz
• Enjoy a variety of classic aperitivo foods
