An evening of Italian vino and artisanal cheese - it’s Sips & Bites: 15 Shades of Red!

Throughout the evening, you will discover over 15 shades of red wine—from blush pink colors of light rosés to the robust hues of full-bodied vino. Your ticket gives you full access to complimentary tastings and all 20+ Italian wines.

Join us for a storewide tasting event to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, or to spice up your weeknight on Monday, February 13 with a selection of Italian vini perfect for the season, from bold reds to intriguing blends, and many more. Pair more than 20 unique Italian wines with multiple chef-curated tasting stations with fresh pasta, artisanal cheeses and salumi, sweets, and more. Of course, do not miss the live entertainment with Dj-set and kiss print reader!

Attendees will receive a branded Eataly holder (that you get to keep!) and wine glass to explore the marketplace and try the salumi, formaggi (cheeses), fresh pasta prepared in a Parmigiano Reggiano DOP wheel, bite-size cannoli, and more, throughout our marketplace.

• Check-In will start 30 minutes before the event, located by Guest Relations and NorthParke Center entrance

• This is a standing wine and food storewide tasting event. Seating will not be provided. 
• All guests at this event must show valid government-issued identification at check-in to prove they are 21 or older to access wine tastings.
