Sip & Savor: Wintery Whites

Yes, white wine is that thing we all sip during the warm summer days and nights.  But once summer’s over, and we’ve pulled out our winter sweaters and scarves, we don’t necessarily have to say goodbye to white wine!  Believe it or not, white wine can have a place in your winter repertoire.

When the weather gets cold, there is nothing quite like a big, bold red wine to warm you up, but Eataly has plenty of white wines that will do the trick, too!

Join an Eataly beverage expert and La Scuola as we taste a few wintry whites that can stand up to rich dishes and help to warm your evenings.  In this class, guests will:

• Learn about and discuss white grape varietals in italy
• Participate in a guided tasting of white wines ideal for the winter months
• Discuss the wines with an Eataly sommelier
• Take home tasting notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
