Sip & Savor - Wine Tasting Paired with Amedei Chocolate

Our artisans in Pontedera controls the whole production chain, sourcing the finest raw materials and processing them with traditional techniques, to bring to life creations of true excellence made of few top quality ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, milk and fruit, all carefully selected.

Join us at La Scuola di Eataly Dallas as we discover the unique wines of Italy perfectly paired with Amedei Chocolates. In this class, guests will:

• Learn about the different grape varieties of Italian wines and how to pair them artisian Amedei Chocolates. Taste four wines while enjoying traditional Italian wines and Amedei Chocolates. 
• Discuss the flavor profile of Amedei Chocolates with Aaron Flamini, the National Manager for Amedei Toscana. In 2016, Amedei began investing in the North American market and designated him as their first & only American employee. Controlling all aspects of their business abroad, from importing to retail strategy to event hosting, Mr. Flamini joins us this evening as our guide through Amedei’s world of chocolate. Our Eataly Beverage Expert will also be there to discuss the wine selections.
