Sip & Savor: Wine, Cheese, & Speck Alto Adige IGP from Alto Adige at La Scuola

Located in the northeastern part of Italy, Alto Adige (also known as Südtirol) is an autonomous region known for its snow-capped mountain peaks and a unique, bilingual culture that pulls from both Italian and Austrian influences. Thanks to the diverse altitudes and rich soil of the mountain climate, and mindful producers that still follow centuries-old traditions, the food and wine of this region is both distinct and delicious.

· Experience a guided tasting led by an Eataly sommelier and cheesemonger

Additional Information: 

• Please note: this is a demonstration and tasting format class, not a hands-on class. 
• No physical ticket is required, all tickets will be sent via e-mail and be presented at the door to check-in for the class.  
• Seating is first-come first served. Doors open 10 minutes before the start of the class. 
• All guests, planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 years of age or older.
