Sip & Savor: Wine and Cheese of Piedmont

Located in the Northwestern corner of Italy, bordering Switzerland and France, lies Eataly's birthplace, Piemonte. Its fertile valleys and hills are hugged by the Alps and sustained by the Po River. Culturally and gastronomically rich, food products from Piemonte are revered across the globe for their quality and pedigree. When you come to our Wine and Cheese of Piedmont Sip & Savor class, you'll have the opportunity to try 4 professionally paired cheeses and wines from Piedmont and see for yourself why the region is as widely loved as it is. Guests in this class will: 

• Be guided through a tasting by an Eataly sommelier and cheese monger 
• Learn about the Piedmont region and its wine and cheese-making history 
• Take home tasting notes.

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Please note, the level of hands-on participation differs from class to class. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Seating is first-come, first-served, please email boston.lascuola@eataly.com if you would like to be seated with a different ticketholder or if you have any questions.
