Sip & Savor: Wine and Cheese of Alto Adige

Located in the northeastern part of Italy, Alto Adige (also known as Südtirol) is an autonomous region known for its snow-capped mountain peaks and a unique, bilingual culture that pulls from both Italian and Austrian influences. Thanks to the diverse altitudes and rich soil of the mountain climate, and mindful producers that still follow centuries-old traditions, the food and wine of this region is both distinct and delicious.

This class will take place in our downstairs café space. Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
