Sip & Savor: Spring Wine & Cheese

If you are as excited about spring as we are, then you are already thinking about all the amazing wines to drink while enjoying the warming weather.  The sun is coming out and the days are getting longer, so we are ready to finally open the fridge and start pouring some refreshing, chilled, spring-worthy wines.

Join us at La Scuola as an Eataly beverage expert introduces guests to some ideal wines for your spring activities. Whether a bubbly prosecco or a chilly red, Eataly offers a wine for every type of meal, celebration, and season. In this class, guests will:

• Learn about some of the wine regions of Italy
• Taste 4 wines that are ideal to drink in the spring, paired alongside a cheeseboard
• Discuss the wines and cheese with an Eataly beverage expert and our Head Cheesemonger
• Take home tasting notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
