Sip & Savor: Specialties of Veneto

Chances are you’ve either heard of, or even tasted several of the specialties from the region of Veneto. For instance, Prosecco, Asiago Cheese, and the deep-red Amarone wine all call this region home. In this Sip & Savor, we will take you from the elevated towns of the Dolomite Mountains, to the fertile plains, then east towards the Venetian Lagoon to explore the notable wines and specialty foods produced in Veneto.  In this tasting experience, guests will:

• Explore the region of Veneto and its famous cities
• Taste different specialty products from the region
• Learn about the wine production and native grapes of Veneto
• Taste a selection of wines from the region chosen by an Eataly sommelier
• Take home tasting notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
