Sip & Savor: Natural Wine & Local Cheese

Natural wine is the unfiltered, untamed, un-photoshopped version of what we know to be wine. Nothing is added, and nothing is taken way. Italy is rich in organic and biodynamic wineries and the list is ever-growing. Come explore some of Eataly’s favorite fresh cheeses and natural wines in this special tasting class guided by one of our passionate cheesemongers and wine expert. 

If you care about what is in your glass, want to explore unique and interesting flavors, or are excited to learn about small-scale producers, then this class is for you!  In this class, guests will:

• Try different biodynamic wines from Italy
• Learn about the wine producers and the production of chosen wines
• Learn what fresh cheese flavors and dishes pair well with the featured wines
• Take home tasting notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older
