In addition to rich espresso and a range of prized wines, Italy also produces a plethora of liqueurs and fine spirits. Italians enjoy different liqueurs as an aperitivo, an after-dinner digestive, or as the base for world-famous cocktails. Become an aficionado of the finest spirits from Italy and learn how to create some classic Italian cocktails. In this class, students will:

• Learn about Italian liqueurs and spirits
• Make different cocktails
• Taste cocktails with typical Italian stuzzichini (snacks)
• Take home cocktail recipes
