Sip & Savor: Holiday Wine & Chocolate Tasting with Amedei

Join us at La Scuola di Eataly as we discover the unique wines of Italy perfectly paired with Amedei Chocolates. In this class, guests will:

• Learn about the different grape varieties of Italian wines, and how to pair them with artisianal Amedei Chocolates. 
• Taste four wines while enjoying a sampling of these decadent treats. 
• Discuss the flavor profile of Amedei Chocolates with Aaron Flamini, the National Manager for Amedei Toscana, as well as an Eataly Beverage Expert.
• Take home tasting notes.
