We’re comparing four unique sparkling wines side-by-side to explore all things bubbly and festive and to answer all your questions about this celebratory beverage.

In this class, guests will:

• Taste 4 sparkling wines
• Learn about the different grape varieties used in each wine
• Discuss the wine and ideal salumi & formaggi pairings with an Eataly sommelier and our Head Cheesemonger
• Enjoy a small paired cheeseboard
• Take home tasting notes
