The birthplace of pizza and the ideal climate for tomatoes, olives and grapes, Campania has a depth of specialty foods and beverages worth exploring and this happy-hour class will do just that. Join us at La Scuola as we transport you to the picturesque coastal region of Campania, where Napoli calls home. Along with enjoying cheese from Campania, guests will also explore the impressive wines produced in this southern region. In this class, guests will:

• Learn about Campania, the Italian region home to famous locations such as Naples, Amalfi and Pompeii
• Taste 4 wines from Campania paired with regional cheeses
• Discuss the flavor profile of the wines and their ideal pairings with Eataly's Head Cheesemonger and Wine Expert
• Take home tasting notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
