Sip & Savor: Discover Spumante

Discover the enticing nature of a glass of sparkling wine through an immersive wine-tasting experience! Through a journey of five different variations of bubbles, allow the bright acidity and delicate flavor profile to cleanse and enlighten your palate. While traditionally cast as a staple of elegance and sophistication, sparkling wines can be festive, fun and are most often used for toasting and celebration. No matter the occasion, there is always a good reason to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine! 

In this class, you will:

• Taste 5 sparkling wines from all over Italy
• Enjoy a cheese and salumi board
• Learn about the different grape varieties and methods used for making sparkling wine
• Take home tasting notes

Additional Information:

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
• Seating is first-come, first served.
• All our classes and dinners offer counter seating only. 
• Please note, this is a demonstration and tasting format class, no hands-on activity will take place.
