In addition to rich espresso and a range of prized wines, Italy also produces a plethora of liquors and fine spirits. Italians enjoy different liquors as an aperitivo, an after-dinner digestive, and to escape the cold. Become an aficionado of the finest spirits from Italy and enjoy a winter-y twist on a few favorites. In this tasting experience, students will:

• Learn about Italian liquors and spirits
• Watch an Eataly beverage manager make different cocktails 
• Taste cocktails while an enjoying an indiviudal cheeseboard
• Take home cocktail notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
