The northern regions of Italy are home to the Alps, an impressive mountain range that overlook some of Italy's most unique, yet rather unknown, vineyards. This region produces a surprising variety of wines and rich cheeses made according to centuries-old traditions and methods. Bring your taste buds on a hike through Northern Italy in this “Sip & Savor” class and discover the stunning wines from the Alpine slopes paired with cheeses produced from mountain grazing cows. In this class, guests will:

• Learn about some of the grape varieties grown in the Italian Alps
• Taste 4 wines paired with 4 cheeses from the Northern mountain regions of Italy
• Discuss the wines with an Eataly sommelier
• Learn more about cheese from an Eataly Cheesemonger
• Take home tasting notes
