Sip & Savor: A Sip of Sicily

Sicilia, the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, is famous for many things: savory cuisine, rich history, and a culture of passionate people. Thanks to its incredible diversity of geography and climate, Sicilia is also the birthplace of some of Italy’s most intriguing and cutting-edge wines. Join us as we discover the distinct flavors of Sicilia. In this class, guests will:

• Learn about the different grape varietals in Sicilia
• Taste four wines from the region
• Discuss ideal pairings for the wines while enjoyinga board of paired cheeses
• Take home wine tasting notes
