RETURN POLICIES

At Eataly, we take great care and pride in selecting the highest quality products for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or an item is damaged, we will find another solution. Please note that returns for items purchased online are not accepted at our brick-and-mortar stores.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

All in-store books, housewares, and cosmetic products are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Gift cards are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please contact our Guest Relations teams.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Returns are eligible for products and gift boxes within 10 business days of receipt and for fresh meat and truffles within three days of receipt. Please contact us at 212-539-0833 or customerservice@eataly.com.


 

CLASSES PAYMENT, REFUND, & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Payment in full is required at the time of registration. No refunds are offered on classes and events.

For groups of up to 4 guests, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required in order to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event.
For groups larger than 4 guests, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required in order to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event.

Occasionally, we will have to reschedule or cancel a class. In these situations, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund.


 

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Eataly only ships within the contiguous United States. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

PRODUCTS AND GIFT BOXES

Orders placed on in-stock items before 3 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship that day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

All shipping charges listed below are based on FedEx Ground orders and will arrive within 2-7 business days (Sundays not included).

We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Free shipping is offered on all FedEx Ground orders over $79.

Orders with a final subtotal from $0 - $78.99 ship with a flat-rate of $5.80 per address.

FedEx Ground Shipping: 2-5 business days
Add $9.80 per address.

Second Day Shipping
Add $22 per address.

Next Day Air
Add $32 per address.

FRESH MEAT

To ensure the freshest meat possible, all butcher items will be shipped Monday through Wednesday via UPS Standard Overnight for a $30 flat rate.* Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. Fresh meat orders do not qualify for free shipping on purchases over $30 because expedited shipping is required.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

Eataly’s fresh meat is shipped in temperature-controlled packaging. Upon receipt, please remove the meat from the packaging and place it in the refrigerator or the freezer. The meat can be refrigerated for up to two days opened and frozen for up to three months. To thaw the meat, remove from the freezer and place the meat in the refrigerator overnight.

FRESH TRUFFLES

To ensure the freshest possible quality, all fresh truffles will be shipped Monday through Thursday via FedEx Standard Overnight for a $30 flat rate.* Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST Monday through Wednesday will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST on Thursday will ship the following Monday. A signature is required for all deliveries of Urbani Fresh Truffles. Fresh truffle orders do not qualify for free shipping on purchases over $30 because expedited shipping is required. All fresh truffle sales are final and non-refundable.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

Eataly’s fresh truffles are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging, designed to keep the product fresh for up to 48 hours. Upon receipt, please follow the fresh storage instructions included in the shipment. Eataly is not responsible for any items that have been damaged due to mishandling after receipt.
