Emmy Award-winning chef, cookbook author, restaurateur, and more — the beloved Chef Lidia Bastianich gives us plenty of reasons to celebrate! On Saturday, December 3, we are excited to spend an extra special lunch time with Lidia at Eataly Dallas. Hosted by the chef herself, this class will feature a menu curated by Lidia in collaboration with the Eataly Chef of La Scuola. Chef will demonstrate how to make three of Lidia’s favorite recipes from her latest book Lidia’s A Pot, A Pan, and A Bowl. As you savor each bite, Lidia will be sharing her insights about the menu, cooking secrets and reflections from her newest cookbook. As no Italian meal is complete without wine, our beverage expert will pour perfectly-paired wines to complement the menu.

Seating: Seating is communal and first come, first served. We do not reserve seating. Please note, class includes demonstration and tasting and is not hands-on.
