The 'Primér' Extra Virgin Olive Oil from San Giuliano is made from a carefully selected blend of Bosana and Semidana handpicked at the beginning of the season in the Manca's family olive groves of Alghero in the region of Sardegna. The olives are then cold-pressed in their granite millstone.
The extra virgin olive oil has a yellow and golden color and the aroma is harmonious with sensations of apple and banana.
