The Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from San Giuliano is made from carefully selected Organic Italian olives – Bosana, Semidana, Frantoio, Leccino, and Coratina – that are cold-pressed in a granite millstone in Alghero, in the region of Sardegna.
The oil has a golden yellow color with slight hints of green and a fruity aroma with well-balanced spicy tones that pair well with fish or roasted meats.
It is perfect with bread, seafood and shellfish, vegetable soups, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses, and roasted meats.
