Caseificio dell’Alta Langa is located in Bosia, a little village of Alta Langa area, in the Piemontese hills. They still produce their cheeses according to regional tradition and practices from small batches of milk collected, to produce small mixed milk cheeses – an iconic example of the “langarola” tradition.
