Crushed Tomatoes with Basil

These tomatoes are cultivated in Piacenza, Emilia Romagna by the Riolfi family and are crushed and combined with aromatic basil.
Simply saute garlic in Eataly extra virgin olive oil, add Riolfi tomatoes with their juices, season with Eataly salt and pepper, toss with Eataly pasta and serve!
