Located in southern Gragnano, the birthplace of dry pasta, Rigorosa is "rigorous" in selecting the highest quality ingredients and following time-honored techniques to produce their dry pasta. Carefully-selected grains are slowly mixed in an airtight chamber, extruded through a bronze mold, and dried at a low temperature for at least 24 hours.

Bucatini
 are named for the Italian "buco" or hole and are completely hollow. 

Their shape makes them ideal with more bold flavors, such as an Arrabiata sauce, but also works with any of your favorite pasta sauces!
