Rainbow Gnocchi: A Pride Month Dinner & Hands-On Workshop

Join us this Pride Month and learn to make a classic Italian specialty with a rainbow twist! Gnocchi is one of the most unique dishes due to it many diverse forms, made with ingredients like squash, beets, and spinach to create colorful variations on these classic potato dumplings. These variations are traditional to different regions across the Italian peninsula, and in this class you will learn to make each version and combine them to create your rainbow of colorful gnocchi. Enjoy dishes prepared by our chef of La Scuola and take home the gnocchi you make to share with your friends and family!

In this Class You Will:

• Discover the history of gnocchi and learn about the different regional versions of the dish
• Observe as the Chef of La Scuola demonstrates how to make different styles and colors of Gnocchi
• Take part in a hands-on gnocchi and dough shaping activity 
• Enjoy two Gnocchi courses and two wine pairings 
• Take home menus and recipes to keep practicing
