Quattro Mani: Partenope Ristorante Pizza Lab

Calling all pizza lovers! Get ready for to learn from this month’s Quattro Mani guest: Partenope Ristorante, before they serve their pizza to the public! Quattro Mani is a once-a-month pizza pop up in La Pizza & La Pasta featuring the best pizza shops in DFW. Each month, the guest shop will pop-up at La Pizza & La Pasta for the day, offering a pizza making class and then serving up their unique pizza creation during dinner service that same night. With each pop-up pizza sold, a portion of sales will be donated to the Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International to support their mission to empower women in the culinary world. Join us as we learn from one of Dallas’s best pizza shops during this one-of-a-kind pizza lab!

Your ticket includes:

• A regional Italian appetizer
• An entire Neapolitan-style pizza, made by you!
• The chance to learn director from Partenope Ristorante Owner and Pizzaiolo Dino Santonicola and his wife, Megan
• A conversation about the unique differences between Pizza Napoletana and other styles of pizza

• Seating is guaranteed. Check-in starts 10 minutes before the start of class.
• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Menu is subject to slight change.
