The Giardini di Carlo Sicilia IGP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from pitted Nocellara olives from the IGP Valli Trapanesi area in Sicilia. Oleifici Barbera farmers hand-pick the Nocellara olives in Castelvetrano, Partanna, and Campobello di Mazara during the second week of October and cold-press them within 12 hours from the harvest. On the palate, it has gently spiciness with hints of flowers and a light green olive aftertaste with a strong creaminess.
It is perfect with bread, seafood dishes and raw vegetables.
