Mariangela Prunotto is a family farm in the heart of the gastronomic landscape of Le Langhe, Piemonte. Founded by Mariangela and run by her son Roberto, all the produce they grow is 100% organic. No additives are included in any of their sauces, and their production facilities in Alba are equipped with solar panels to generate 100% sustainable energy.

This traditional porcini sauce is made with freshly harvested mushrooms.

Pair with pasta, or spread over toasted bread for a creative bruschetta antipasto.

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events. For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. For groups of up to 4 guests, a minimum of 4 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon code for a future class or event at La Scuola.
