Gouda from Point Reyes is hand-crafted cheese made with pasteurized cows' milk and vegetarian rennet. This cheese is aged for a minimum of 16 months, giving it a creamy but slightly crystalized texture with notes of hazelnuts, caramel, and butterscotch.

A very versatile cheese, and enjoyable any time of the day, it is perfect in grilled panini or on your cheese board with white wines.

Based in the small town of Point Reyes Station in Northern California, Point Reyes is a small, family-run dairy farm that produces delicious artisanal farmstead cheeses. As a family-owned business, the Giacomini family loves to share their cheese, tradition, and passion that dates back over 100 years.
