Pizza al Padellino: A Hands-On Workshop

About this Workshop: Join us in La Scuola, where we will give you the tools to recreate Eataly's delicious, Torinese-style Pizza al Padellino! In this class you will learn how to masterfully combine all the right ingredients to build your own Pizza al Padellino. Our resident Chef will bake the pizza made during the class, which you will get to enjoy with a glass of wine. Class will be complete with adapted recipes and tasting notes as well as fresh pizza dough to take home!

About Pizza al Padellino: Traditional to Torino, Piemonte; this pizza is baked in small round dishes and has a thick yet soft crust that gets nicely browned during the baking process. 

In this class you will:

• Get hands-on and build your own personal Pizza al Padellino
• While your pizza is baking, observe as our Chef of La Scuola demonstrates how to make Pizza dough step-by-step
• Get hands-on and craft your own pizza dough to take home
• Enjoy your personal Pizza al Padellino with a glass of wine selected by our beverage experts
• Receive recipes to recreate at home

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
• Duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
• This class is suitable for children ages 12 and up
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older
