This Roasted Tuscan Ham with Herbs is made from pork legs that are carefully selected and brined with water, sugar, herbs and spices. Next, the brined legs are marinated and massaged for two days and seasoned with rosemary and green pepper, and then slowly cook for a minimum of 14 hours.
Serve sliced thinly on an antipasto platter, with fresh slices of focaccia.
