On June 1, we’re inviting the beloved South Bay Italian bar and cookery, Pausa. For one night only, Pausa is taking over Terra’s grill to showcase a four-course dinner featuring the best of contemporary Italian flavors combined with our earth and fire flare. From pink risotto dusted with Parmigiano Reggiano to delicious cuts of lamb grilled to perfection over a vibrant green bed of mint salsa verde — you’ve never experienced a dinner like this one before. It’s a night inspired by earth, fire and community; guaranteed to please. Compliment your dining experience with our cocktail classics, alongside spritzes and smoked drinks or our lengthy wine selection.

At Pausa, meaning to ‘pause’, we’re reminded to slow down and enjoy their dishes made from scratch with the bounty of Northern California. Known for their fresh and vibrant menu inspired by modern cooking techniques, we are thrilled to welcome them into our Terra kitchen for a night of great food.
