The Pork comes from Bensmiller Farm in Sigourney, Iowa from one of the oldest heritage hog breeds in the United States, Hampshire Breed pigs raised in the wild and fed on clovers, grass, and herbs. Hampshire pigs are a heritage breed originally from England, known for their consistent color, intramuscular fat and tenderness. The 100% USDA Prime Black Angus Beef from Diamond Creek Ranch in Kansas (only 3% of all beef in the USA receives the Prime grade) is pasture-raised and grain-finished resulting in the perfect taste and buttery fat content. The cattle graze on lush pastures and are raised with NO antibiotics, NO added hormones, and NO artificial ingredients. Our veal is milk-fed in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Pat LaFrieda orders placed before 4 p.m. EST Monday through Wednesday will ship via FedEx Standard Overnight on the following day for a $35 flat rate. Orders received after 4 p.m. Wednesday through 9 a.m. Sunday will ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Sunday orders received after 9 a.m., will ship out on Tuesday.
