Pasta Workshop at Il Pastaio di Eataly

About this Workshop: Join us as at Eataly NYC Flatiron's restaurant, Il Pastaio di Eataly, where we will give you the tools to recreate Eataly's delicious pasta in your own home kitchen! In these intimate workshops, you will be seated at our bar where you’ll learn how to master the craft of different pasta shapes from our resident pastaio (pasta maker). You’ll observe as they demonstrate the art and then you’ll try your hand at it, learning some of the greatest generational secrets of the artisanal pasta-making traditions of Italy! Then, savor an antipasto and a pasta dish, specially selected and prepared by our Il Pastaio chefs, paired with one complementary glass of wine or beer.

Check-In at Eataly NYC Flatiron's Il Pastaio di Eataly Host Stand. Class includes a hands-on pasta making activity, at your seats. Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Check-in starts 10 minutes before the start of class. Duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Menu is subject to slight change. Please notify us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. This class is suitable for children ages 12 & up. A service fee is included in the price per ticket.
