This Norma Sauce from Agromonte is prepared following the traditional Sicilian recipe. Agromonte combines Sicilian eggplants and sweet cherry tomatoes. The ingredients in the sauce are: cherry tomatoes, eggplants, carrot, onion, basil, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, celery and a pinch of sugar. Enjoy this tasty Norma Sauce with short pasta like penne lisce.


Agromonte is located on the south eastern tip of Sicilia, in a small town, in the province of Ragusa. All of their products are grown, harvested, and packaged right in their facilities. Agromonte is dedicated to creating pasta sauces that are all-natural, delicious, and have the real taste of tomatoes grown under the Sicilian sun.
