The Italian Tradition from Cerreto is a line of organic flours, soups, and minestrone, made with high-quality vegetables and cereals. All the items from the Italian Tradition line are rich in fiber and plant proteins, making it super easy to consume your daily dose of greens!

The Legume Soup from Ceretto is a creamy soup filled with peas, green and red lentils, cannellini, red, and borlotti beans, and green adzuki. For best results, leave the soup to soak for 12 hours and, if possible, change the water about every 3 hours. Drain and cook in salted water for 2 hours after boiling.

Enjoy the ready-to-go soup with a piece of rustic bread for a traditional regional meal!
