The Organic Dried Fava Beans from Cerreto contain only high-quality organic fava beans, that are incredibly versatile and work for so many recipes!

Enjoy them in a variety of preparations, such as minestrone, salads, or soups.

Directions: For best results, leave the beans to soak for 12 hours and, if possible, change the water about every 3 hours. Drain and cook in salted water for 40 to 60 minutes after boiling.
